Hey Dishers, do you guys know about EatGreenDFW? Well JuHa! now ya do. According to the site, you can buy JuHa chicken at the Dallas Farmers Market. What a great weekend for a visit.
Hey Nancy, can you remind us all which shed is the most local? A
nd I think the American Institute of Wine and Food (a non-profit group) is starting up their fall cooking series soon in the FM Resource Center (air conditioned). Great food taught by great Dallas chefs at a very affordable price – and it’s open to non-members. Don’t plan on eating lunch after the class, IJS.
We buy products from JuHa every Saturday at the market. We love the eggs! They are the same price as Central Market organic eggs, but the difference is, you may get the occasional feather in your carton when you buy JuHa’s. Thats fresh.

I’m not much of a salad eater, but romaine is sounding really good right now.
we just noticed Lucky Layla Farms had been removed from your website. what happened? we are local dairy products…we make award winning drinkable yogurts, cheeses, and butter. our products can be purchased at whole foods market, central market, market street, sprouts and others around dfw area. we also just opened a farmstore where Lucky Layla Farms whole dairy product line and be purchased while gazing out across the pasture at the cows that work to make the milk. we’d sure like to be added back on your great local website. thanks and come visit, Deanna Moore
