Super-Private Party Held at Victor Tango Saturday Night

Saturday night, Tristan Simon debuted Victor Tango’s, his new spot in the old Sense space on Henderson. It was invitation-only. Our fashion editor, Stephanie Quadri, was there. She is still recuperating but promises to file a report soon. Apparently, there were a lot of hot guys there. Now, there’s a change of pace for you. Wake up, Steph. The cougars are hungry.

Given the spectacular entry into the after dinner “spot to go” that Simon produced with Sense, I suspect Victor Tango’s will be the next great adventure from Consilient and it’s brilliant “hot guy” owner. I hear the decor is “hot” as well….

I was there Saturday night. It was fine…not great. But it was hard to judge what it will be like on a regular night because it was an opening party, not a typical Saturday night. Hunter Sullivan played there with a little band – he’s always great, they passed appetizers, but lots of posers were there – yawn.

I’d like to go back on a regular night and see what it’s like. I’m sure if Tristan is involved it will be good.
