    Good story and seems like a fun guy but Tristan is still my favorite!

    nancy, how does it work when a restaurant critic does a story on a chef? will you not review this particular restaurant?

    Probably anything D publishes that’s positive about Nick will have credibility issues.

    What’s the deal with mentioning iPhone so often…it only has a 2 megpix camera. But your pictures were pretty awesome. I gained a couple of pounds just reading the article.

    I didn’t use an iPhone, Nick did. I shot with a Canon.
