Tucker, the Restaurant Closes to Become Catering Venue

One of the busiest guys in showbiz catering, Andrew Ormsby, has shuttered his restaurant Tucker on Ross Avenue and turned the space into a banquet facility that will expand from dinners for 50 to receptions for 500. Sign of the economic times? Probably. But the last time I saw Ormsby he was catering the wedding I was attending and when I asked him how his business was going he told me he had 40 parties that night. I catered for years and if I had three at the same time, I was a raving lunatic. So forgive me for giving him a thumbs up for this decision.
