Chilled Soup on a Hot Summer’s Day
I lunched at Houston’s earlier today and was blown away by the wonderfully rich chilled corn soup I decided to start with. Our very pleasant server informed us that for the summer they’re offering a different cold soup every Friday, but today must have been my lucky day. Velvety and sweet, it was the perfect soup for a hot day. If you have time, get over to Houston’s and check it out tonight. They may change it up by next week.
