Spiceman Spruces Up the Garden at the Mansion

Tom “Spiceman” Spicer (left) joined forces with John “Dice Man” Tesar to create a lovely herb and vegetable garden right outside Tesar’s kitchen at the Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek. There are more than 30 varieties of edible plants, including an olive tree, lemon grass plants, fennel, chocolate mint, and heirloom tomatoes almost ready for pickin’. I hear they’re clearing the pasture next door and bringing in a herd of cattle and that Tesar has been seen fishing in Turtle Creek. Hey John, you’re standing on the rosemary, dude.

Good, this world needs more decent tomatoes. I’m completely depressed about the current tomato situation.

And what’s he going to do with that chocolate mint? I’d like to see the pastry chef do something really fab with it.
