Somebody Help This Poor Girl

pie.jpgHey Dishers, it’s blueberry season and somebody is looking for a great piece of blueberry pie. I’ve never found Dallas to be much of a pie town, but surely somebody out there can send her to the right place. Dang, where is Marie Callender when you need her.

Eden on W. Lover’s Lane (across from Celebration) makes killer blueberry pies when in season.

Haven’t been there recently but Kathleen’s Sky Diner (formerly Art Cafe) makes great pies.

The Celebrity Blueberry Pie is awesome, and they have several different varieties to choose from including Icebox! The All American Blueberry Pie has an unusual graham cracker crust and is simply to die for! Altho I am partial to this company, I do enjoy a delicious blueberry pie! That is why I am compelled to write!!

Does anyone know where I can find a strawberry rhubarb pie?

  • Carla

The Grape on lower greenville has a “Chef’s daily pie selection” on their dessert menu. I’ve had rhubarb pie there and also blueberry- all made from scratch and served with house-made ice cream. delicious.

Best desserts at Rick Stein’s Steakhouse. Brian’s blueberry pie is exceptional. Not a dessert fan, but if I have to, this is IT!!!

Go to the Daily Pie Cafe in none other than PIE TOWN, NM! They have the absolute best pies in the world. I bet they would ship you you a blueberry pie if you asked.
