Asian Mint to Open Across from D

This August, Asian Mint will be opening a second location in the Shops of Highland Park (the old Blue Orchid Thai spot.) This also happens to be steps away from the D offices.

I’ve long been a fan of their Asian fusion-thai-goodness, sakejito’s, and Illy coffee (but not all at once.) Hell, I even like their chairs. Here’s looking forward to August.

    Wow. I hate their chairs. And since I’m near the original location, I’d much rather they doubled their space up here — and got some more comfortable seating.

    I am soooo excited! I love the Asian Mint…esp their summer rolls w/peanut sauce & pad thai woon sen! Can’t wait for it to open closer to me.
