Now we're tawkin'. They use Karl Ehmer all beef natural casing on home baked buns. One of the best sellers is called "The Mutt." They also serve one with Niman Ranch beef, or the "Best in Show" with grass-fed beef. The space also acts as a clearing house for abandoned homes by featuring little framed pix and stories of the dogs who need a home.
