GO FISH RESTAURANT CELEBRATES MOTHER’S DAY 2008 WITH BRUNCH


DALLAS (April 29, 2008) - Go Fish Executive Chef Ramiro Lule has designed a scrumptious brunch menu especially for Mother’s Day. The three-course menu celebrates Moms and the flavors of spring with lamb, fish, spring vegetables and refreshing desserts.

Five choices are offered for the first course: Heirloom Yellow Tomato Soup with garlic croutons; pan-seared Jump Lump Crab Cake with Baby Field Greens and Saffron Aioli; Pappadam Caesar Salad with Parmesan, crispy eggplant croutons and Caesar Dressing; a Dill Crepe filled with Crab, Lobster, Shrimp, Spinach and Ricotta with Herb Béchamel; or a Go Fish Salad with Baby Greens, apples, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese, candied walnuts and Honey Whole Grain Mustard dressing.

For the second course, choose from Toasted Israeli Cous Cous, Crusted Chilean Sea Bass, Leek and Potato Croquette and Seasonal Grilled Vegetables with Roasted Red Pepper Coulis; Smoked Norwegian Salmon Egg Benedict, served on a toasted English Muffin with Salmon, Poached Eggs, Herb Skillet Red Potatoes and Chervil Hollandaise Sauce; Herb Pan- Roasted Lamb In-side Round served with Herb Parmesan Risotto Rice, Grilled Asparagus in a Texas Port Wine Sauce; San Francisco Style Cioppino, featuring Clams, Mussels, Shrimp and Fresh Fish with Linguine Pasta; or Cedar Plank Alaskan Halibut with Lobster Mashed Potatoes and Spicy Mango Slaw with Roasted Plum Tomato Sauce.

For dessert, enjoy either a Crème Brule Tart with Fresh Raspberry Coulis; Flourless Chocolate Gateau; Fresh Key Lime Pie or Dark & White Chocolate Bread Pudding served with Rum Rompope.

DALLAS FISH MARKET OPENS ESPECIALLY FOR MOTHER’S DAY

DALLAS (April 29, 2008) - Dallas Fish Market announces they will be open Sunday, May 11, especially for Mother’s Day 2008. To celebrate this very special occasion, Executive Chef Randy Morgan has designed a wonderful three-course menu fit for a queen and resplendently fresh.

Start the meal with a choice of Maine Lobster Corn Chowder, a medley of fresh Summer Berries topped with whipped cream and mint; or a Caesar salad featuring Romaine hearts, white anchovies, parmesan and roasted garlic croutons.

Guests have a choice of five mavelous main courses: Grilled Swordfish with smoked almonds, golden raisins, brown butter and a shaved fennel salad; Lobster Omelet with lobster and asparagus topped with béarnaise sauce; Crab Cake Benedict, made with Alaskan King Crab and topped with a citrus hollandaise sauce; Beef Tenderloin with Red Bliss potato Frites, melted Roquefort, Sauce Robert and green onions; or Pan-seared Striped Bass with lemongrass-scented sticky rice, wok-seared Asian vegetables and a citrus soy glaze.

For dessert, choose between the Bruléed Figs with a cinnamon cookie, mascarpone and Grand Marnier (recently named to D Magazine’s 10 Best Desserts List); Pacific Northwest Huckleberry Cobbler with a sugar biscuit and vanilla bean gelato; or Espresso Cheese Cake with Raspberry Coulis and whipped cream.

Three courses are $39 per person. Reservations are recommended, but not required. Brunch will be served on Mother’s Day from 11 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
