Merritt Patterson, who writes a column for our sistah pub, Park Cities People, braved the French bravado of the mad chocolatier of Lovers Lane. She files this report. Nice. This guy is growing on me.

oops. I meant Jewelry insead of chocolate. I agree with him about the overall Park Cities taste. Its not original and leans towards the gaudy but it is his fault for not understanding his market. Well screw ‘im then. His chip on the shoulder will eventually make him fold.

I got thrown out of there a couple of years ago! I had my eye on a gift for a friend and called another friend to ask her opinion about what I had found. It wasn’t the man, but a lady behind the counter who asked me to leave. Needless to say, I bought my friend a gift elsewhere and have not been back.
