It looks like the ages old Royal China [in Preston Royal] is undergoing a makeover. Phil Cobb is “consulting.” The menu is also in rehab.”

That’s good news. Phil Cobb, where have you been?

    Good news? No. It’ll be bankrupt soon enough, with the massive burden that I can only expect is being foisted. It’s a steady-eddy; anything trendy just pisses off the blue-hairs in the neighborhood.
