This email came in this morning. Can anyone help this person?
I am looking for a caterer for an all women’s party in Feb - just heavy appetizers, but I would like something new and different. All the Christmas parties seemed to have the same ole food- this is a chance for someone to be creative! Any ideas?

I went to a party recently that was catered by Boster Catering (The Blue Artichoke). The food was stunning…beautifully prepared, creative to the hilt and just yummy. I defintely will be hiring them in the future. http://www.bostercatering.com
Lisa Garza from Suze. She dresses to the nines when serves - usually in a vintage frock and fun apron. http://www.suzerestaurant.com
p.s. I’ve also enjoyed Doug Boster’s catering mentioned above.
Culinaire is a great company to work with. They do a lot at Belo and other places in downtown.
Festive Kitchen also does a good job with catering. Not sure if he still oversees their kitchens, but Raymond Tipps is a top notch person to design your menu. He has some great recipes in his pocket from past restaurant stints and major catering events, like Angie Harmon’s wedding.
nathan burke - AMAZING. Used to work for Wendi Krispin, but went out on his own 2 years ago. Dynamic personality and very inventive food. His phone # is 214-252-9726 or email at nathanburke@sbcglobal.net.
State & Allen does excellent catering. Restaurant is owned by 4 guys — 3 of whom are chefs. They cater all kinds of events, parties — you name it. Phone number is 214/239-1996. Ask for Skye — she is their catering manager and can create any kind of menu that you would like.
Call Shelley Shackelford with Food Glorious Food (the off-premise division of Culinaire) at (214)368-3855.
